Warranty Statement
Chains for Tracks, Inc. stands behind the quality and durability of its traction-enhancing devices. We provide a one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of original retail purchase, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal, intended use.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from:
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
- Use on vehicles or machinery not compatible with the product
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Use outside of intended winter traction purposes (e.g., on bare pavement)
- Rust, corrosion, or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide:
- Proof of original purchase (receipt, invoice or order number)
- Description and photo(s) of the defect
- Upon approval, Chains for Tracks, Inc., at its sole discretion, will:
- Repair the defective product,
- Replace it with a new unit.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling costs unless otherwise stated.
